For bags with a volume of less than 3000 milliliters made from PVC/TPU materials, our equipment can achieve automated or semi-automated production. Components on the bags can also be welded or assembled automatically. The produced bags can be used for medical drainage, medical airbags, and automotive airbags.

For products that require further processing of the catheter ends and tube walls, such as reshaping the ends or perforating the tube walls, our equipment can achieve semi-automated production. The operator only needs to place the product into the corresponding fixture, and the equipment will automatically send it into the mold for heating and plasticizing. Compared to traditional manual methods, the products produced by our equipment have higher efficiency and stable quality.

For certain medical device components that require manual high-intensity assembly, workers cannot maintain such a high-intensity work state for extended periods, which affects product stability and production efficiency. Our equipment is designed to combine automation with manual labor for the assembly of these products, improving production efficiency while ensuring product quality stability and reducing worker labor intensity.
