HETRO
To address the challenges of assembling elastic protective caps used in medical consumables, HETRO has specially developed this automatic assembly machine. It is designed to overcome the limitations of traditional manual assembly, including low efficiency, high labor intensity, and inconsistent product quality.
Currently, these products are mostly assembled by hand. Repetitive manual operations over extended periods can cause finger pain and place considerable physical demands on operators. They can also make it difficult to maintain consistent assembly quality. By automating the assembly process, manufacturers can reduce repetitive manual work, improve working conditions, and achieve higher production efficiency and more consistent product quality.

The machine features a frame combining stainless steel and aluminum alloy. All components receive appropriate anti-corrosion treatment, providing a durable structure designed to meet the requirements of medical manufacturing environments.

The machine adopts a four-station configuration that balances production efficiency with a practical, well-organized structure. Its design also makes routine maintenance and servicing easier, helping reduce long-term operating costs.
The machine operates on a 220V AC power supply, eliminating the need for a 380V three-phase power supply. This provides greater flexibility when installing the machine in different production environments.
An external safety enclosure helps protect operators while also reducing operating noise, creating a more comfortable working environment. The machine is equipped with adjustable leveling feet with integrated casters, making it easy to move while ensuring stable support during operation.

Operators only need to load the T-shaped connectors into the vibratory bowl feeder and start the machine. The system then automatically feeds the components for subsequent assembly.
If a material shortage occurs during production, the machine automatically activates an audible and visual alarm and stops running. Once the operator replenishes the components, production can resume, reducing the need for constant manual supervision.
The machine features an intuitive touchscreen interface for straightforward operation and clear monitoring of operating status. Production output is counted automatically. When the counter needs to be reset, simply press and hold the designated touchscreen area for five seconds.
Following the main assembly station, the machine incorporates an additional position-verification station to check whether each component has been properly assembled.
If a component is found to be incompletely seated, the machine performs an additional pressing operation to bring it into the correct position. This extra verification and correction step helps improve assembly accuracy, consistency, and reliability.

From manual assembly to automated production, HETRO is committed to helping medical consumables manufacturers improve productivity, reduce repetitive manual work, and achieve more consistent and reliable product quality through practical automation solutions.
